Best and worst foods for your sex drive Best and worst foods for your sex drive
The brand new 'Eat This, Not That!' book exposes what will enhance your love life, boost performance and what can kill the mood and keep the bedroom cold.

It's no secret that the unhealthy American diet is contributing to an epidemic of obesity. But there's another hidden epidemic that our fatty diets are at the root of: A national sex crisis.
One of the big culprits, for both men and women, is obesity. As a person's weight soars, their libido plummets due to biochemical changes that result in diminished bloodflow. Stress and Infertility Stress and Infertility

Infertility is a common and worrisome problem that encounters many couples nowadays. It has been defined as the inability to conceive in spite of regular normal sexual intercourse for more than one year.
Infertility could be either functional i.e. no cause identified in either partner or organic meaning an identifiable cause is present.

Stress plays a major role in causing infertility through the physical and psychological changes that are associated with it leading to a vicious endless circle.
Stress is defined as any event that a person perceives as threatening or harmful.
Stress affects brain/ hypothalamic function thereby affecting hormones produced by the pituitary gland and ovaries (hypothalamic- pituitary- gonadal axis ( HPG axis) leading to altered ovulatory function and delayed follicle maturation.

Female sexual dysfunction has many possible symptoms and causes. Fortunately, they're almost all treatable. Communicating your concerns and understanding your anatomy and your body's normal response to sexual activity are important steps toward gaining sexual satisfaction.

For women, sex and happiness go together For women, sex and happiness go together

Women who are sexually satisfied are also happier, no matter their age, a new study suggests. It's not clear which causes the other, however.

You might be thinking, "Duh, better sex makes for a better mood." But in science, thinking something is true doesn't make it so. "A lot of the things we make assumptions about have never been documented," said study researcher Susan Davis of the Women's Health Program at Monash University, Australia
